FRIENDSHIP DAY 2020 SPECIAL: To My Galpals With Love

How are you doing? Friendship Day 2020 is coming so soon. Yep, it's next Thursday, 30th of July 2020. So what is your plan for Friendship Day this year? 

For this year Friendship Day, I decided to write a special blog post for my seven galpals - Maddy, Iza, Fadet, Raden, Azzie, Emma, and Kak Siti. My galpals are special to me. Besides giving me loads of joy and laughter, my BFFs also taught me beautiful life lessons. I learned a lot of things from my BFFs.

In this new post, I am going to share with you guys the life lessons that my girls have taught me. Now let's get started......

Azzie Taught Me To Be Adventurous

Azzie is my most sassy and adventurous galpal. I've been friends with her since 2017. She is cool, happy go lucky, funny, pretty, sassy, adventurous, and also trendy. Azzie loves sports and outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain climbing, and jungle tracking. She also loves singing and karaoke. Karaoke is one of our favorite activities together. I am quite shy when it comes to karaoke in front of audiences. But when Azie is next to me, I am ok singing in front of people. And this is what Azzie taught me. She makes me adventurous. Thank you, Azzie. You made me become brave enough to bring out the Mickey in me.

Emma Taught Me Sincerity

I've known Emma since 2014. When I first met Emma, I was quite shy with her. At that time, Emma seems like a goody-two-shoes to me. Plus, she is also six years older than me. But after that, I learned that Emma is a very sincere person at heart. She loves making friends with people. Emma is also helpful, generous, genuine, and a good team player. That's why I loved Emma ^_^

Kak Siti Taught Me About Professionalism

Kak Siti is my eldest galpal. I've known her since 2014. We are BFF although we are from a different generation. Kak Siti is a baby boomer, while I'm a Gen Y or a Millenial. I learned a lot of things about life and work from Kak Siti. Kak Siti taught me to be professional and organized. Being friends with Kak Siti made me a mature person.

Raden Taught Me About Self-Love

I was introduced to Raden by one of my BFFs, Iza. The first time I met Raden, I already like her. At that time, I knew that Raden and I will be BFF. Raden is a warm, kind, friendly, sincere, genuine, bubbly, cheerful, and happy-go-lucky person. Her beautiful smile and warm personality make me feel welcome. Most of all, Raden taught me about self-love. Raden is more kind to me than I am to myself. She makes me believe than loving myself is not a pathetic thing. Raden makes me realized that self-love is important for a human being and it is also part of self-respect. Thank you for teaching me about self-love, Raden. I am now a better person because of you.

Fadet Taught Me About Kindness

Fadet is one of my oldest pals. We become friends since we were in high school. In our group, Fadet is always known as the 'Tiny Girl With Big Heart'. Like Emma, Fadet is also very sincere. She makes friends with anyone who is nice and sincere to her. She doesn't care about wealth, titles, and looks. That's why I loved Fadet. Fadet is also very kind and loves to help others. From Fadet, I learned the art of kindness ^_^

Iza Taught Me To Be A Strong Person

Iza is also one of my oldest pals. We've been friends since we were 16 years old. Iza and I have a lot of interest in commons. We both love art, movies, music, broadway, and travel. Iza is one of the most amazing people I have known. She is artistic and creative. But most of all, Iza is a very strong person. Iza has been through so many hardships in her life. But she is still smiling and always kind to others. That's why I admire her. To me, Iza is like a lotus that blooms in a mud. She is an iron woman indeed.

Maddy Taught Me To Be Confident

Maddy is my oldest and bestest pal ever. We have been friends since we were only seven years old. We just celebrated our 27 friendship anniversary this year. Wow.......God bless us. Syukur Alhamdulillah. We are like Betty and Veronica. We shared a lot of interest in common and have always been supporting each other through good and hard times. Maddy and I both love books, literature, art, travel, food, fashion, and handsome boys. Hehehe ^_^

Maddy is one of the best things that Allah S.W.T has given me. I am very grateful to have Maddy as my BFF. I believe having Maddy as a friend is a blessing for me. I am actually a very shy person and always scared to be myself in front of others. As an INTP, I am always being misunderstood. But Maddy allows and encourages me to be myself. I am totally myself when I'm with Maddy. I can share A to Z about myself with Maddy. Maddy never judges me and she is also a good listener. This way, Maddy helps me in building my self-esteem. This is one of the reasons I loved Maddy. Because of Maddy, I am no longer shy to be myself in front of others. Fyi, I can even share things that I dream of in my sleep with Maddy.  She just listens and laughs. That's why I always enjoyed Maddy's company. Maddy always makes me happy even when I  am feeling down. Maddy is also one of the people who support me in my blogging, creative writing, and drawing career. She also helped me in selecting titles for my blog posts.

Ok, so these are the life lessons that my galpals have taught me. All my galpals had given me loads of joy and laughter. Besides happiness, my BFFs were also there for me when I'm feeling down. They are the sunshine of my life. That's why I wrote this post for them. I wanna tell my galpals how much I loved and appreciated their friendship.

Maddy, Iza, Fadet, Raden, Azzie, Kak Siti, and Emma........Happy Friendship Day 2020. You girls are the best. I will always pray that Allah S.W.T will always bless you girls and our friendship. May you girls be successful and happy always.

Besides my galpals, I also would like to wish my guypals (especially Teacher Nazreen, Tuan Bazli, and Fendi Fevers) a Happy Friendship Day. May Allah S.W.T bless you guys and our friendship always.

Last but not least, Happy Friendship Day to my dear fellow bloggers, writers, and artists. Thank you for supporting each other. I hope we will continue to become good friends and keep on supporting each other.
