Kim Yoo Jung (KYJ) is a South Korean actress. She was born on the 22nd of September 1999 in Seoul, South Korea. KYJ made her debut when she was only four years old in 2003. She was one of the most popular and successful child star in Hallyu entertainment. KYJ was considered as South Korean Little Sister when she was a child star. KYJ was also known as the Sageuk Fairy as she starred in many historical dramas.

KYJ begins her acting career in a movie titled DMZ (2003). Two years after her debut, KYJ started acting in TV dramas. Her first drama was Thank You Life (2006). In Thank You Life, she played Yoon Hyun Ji. Since KYJ started her career at a very young age, she had now appeared in more than 10 TV dramas and movies. She has also won several awards as an actress. In 2017, KYJ was ranked no.8 on the Forbes Korea Power Celebrity list. She was the youngest celebrity to be ranked top 10 on the Forbes list. KYJ is also one of the endorsers for Laneige (South Korea's beauty brand) alongside model and actress- Lee Sung Kyung,  and actor-Park Seo Joon.

KYJ is well-known for her talent and beauty. She is a phenomenon. KYJ is one of the actresses with stunning and perfect visuals. She has a pretty face, tall and slim figure, flawless skin, and long wavy dark hair. To me, KYJ is an Asian Barbie doll. With her looks and talent, I believe this young actress will go far in her career. I also believe that she has the chance to be big in Hollywood as well. KYJ is a fine definition of oriental beauty. She is the Asians' answer to Zendaya.

KYJ is now blazing hot in her latest drama Backstreet Rookie (now airing). In Backstreet Rookie, KYJ plays Jung Saet Byul - a part-time worker who secretly has a crush on her boss, Choi Dae Hyun (played by Ji Chang Wook).

I just watched Backstreet Rookie episode 10 this morning during breakfast. The story is getting more interesting. Dae Hyun just broke off with his girlfriend, Yoo Yeon Joo (played by Han Sun Hwa). The drama also revealed that Saet Byul has been crushing on Dae Hyun since he saved her from an accident 10 years ago. 

So far, Backstreet Rookie is the best K-drama I watched in 2020. I like the storyline, characterization, and Dae Hyun's relationship with his parents. I also like Ji Chang Wook's supperb acting (he has always been a good actor ^_^). 

I think KYJ improved her acting skills in Backstreet Rookie. I like the way KYJ channels Jung Saet Byul's character. I also think the character suits her. Plus, KYJ has good chemistry with Ji Chang Wook.
