Welcome back to Fadima Mooneira's Book Heartthrob Profile episode two.  For those who are new to Fadima Mooneira's Book Heartthrob Profile, this is a series where I share my analysis and point of view of fictional characters from books I've read. This Book Heartthrob Profile is a monthly series on Fadima Mooneira.

For today's episode, I'm going to share with you guys my analysis and point of view on Sir Armand. He is the heartthrob in Sheisbell's Pengantin Seorang Vampire. Now let's check out Sir Armand's profile...

SIR ARMAND'S PROFILE

NAME: Sir Armand

AGE ESTIMATED: 900 years old

NATIONALITY: Sir Armand lives on a small unknown island in Europe. But I don't think he is European.  I don't think this guy has a nationality. He's a vampire.

OCCUPATION: Leader of his vampire clan.

HIS ROLE IN THE STORY: The male protagonist

HIS GOALS: To find a bride, live for another 100 years, and save his clan.

HIS PERSONALITY

The author, Sheisbell portrays Sir Armand as a very charming, seductive, and dashing vampire. Sir Armand is super attractive and charismatic. But he is also horny, erotic, and naughty. He thinks about sex almost all the time :P Well, I can't blame him for that ^_^ Sir Armand is a book heartthrob in an erotica-romance novel. So of course he is horny, erotic, naughty, and sex is his favorite subject. If not, he won't belong in an erotica-romance novel. Am I right? Hehehe ^_^

HIS PHYSICAL APPEARANCE

Sir Armand is a super drop-dead-gorgeous vampire. He is very handsome, tall, and masculine. He has dark hair and snowy fair skin. His eyes change colors - from blue to green or from green to blue. Overall, he is dreamy ^_^

HIS BACKSTORY

Sir Armand was once a human being during the medieval era in Europe. When Sir Armand became a vampire, his shadow, Ryam was separated from him. But Sir Armand and Ryam remained best friends until Scarlet came.

Scarlet was a beautiful fairy. She was in love with Sir Armand. And Sir Armand was in love with Scarlet too. When Scarlet entered Sir Armand's life, Ryam was forgotten. 

Ryam was not happy being forgotten. He raped Scarlet and got her pregnant with his child. Later, Scarlet died during childbirth. Sir Armand was badly heartbroken by Scarlet's death. It took him years to recover.

Sir Armand did avenge Scarlet's death by trying to destroy Ryam. But Ryam escaped and he was not happy with Sir Armand. Ryam swore that he will not let Sir Armand be happy. So Ryam harmed all the girls that Sir Armand loved. He killed them one by one. What Ryam did make Sir Armand scared to fall in love again. Sir Armand doesn't want to see all innocent girls killed and harmed by Ryam because of him.

And in Pengantin Seorang Vampire, Ryam tried to harm Amerlind, Sir Armand's current love interest and the female protagonist of the story. However, Sir Armand's love for Amerlind made him brave and courageous once again. Sir Armand swore to do anything to protect Amerlind from Ryam.

MY OVERALL REVIEW OF THE CHARACTER

First of all, I'm going, to be honest here and admit to you guys that I had a crush on Sir Armand while I was reading Pengantin Seorang Vampire. I find him very dreamy. And I also think that Sir Armand is a cool and interesting character an author ever created. Thumbs up to Sheisbell on that. Hehehe ^_^

Besides being super attractive, charming, charismatic, Sir Armand is also romantic, loving, and protective to the woman he loves. I also like Sir Armand's enigmatic aura. I believe Sir Armand's enigmatic aura makes him more and more attractive to female readers. Plus, I like guys with enigmatic aura.

I'm also going, to be honest, that Sir Armand has a lot of qualities that I like in a guy. I like morally grey guys. I don't know why. But I always find guys who are morally grey 100% dreamy and attractive. Oh wow... I just love Sir Armand ^_^

Overall, Sir Armand is an awesome character. He is the book heartthrob that will make female bookworms' Halloween become all dreamy and romantic. So to all my fellow lady bookworms, if you want your Halloween to be all romantic, I would highly suggest you to read Pengantin Seorang Vampire by Sheisbell. Trust me, when you read this novel, you can't resist Sir Armand ^_^ But let be me frank, this novel is not suitable for those who are under 18. Sorry teenagers.
