How's October rockin you? I hope everyone is happy this October. I know all/most of my Malaysian friends are happy now. It's because lockdown is totally over. Everyone can go on vacation, parties, social gatherings, and stuff. But please remember, the government gives us the privilege is because of the economy. Not because the world is 100% safe. So please take good care of yourself while having fun ^_^

In today's post, I'm going to share a new book released. The book is titled Legasi Abah: Lelaki Tasbih Syurga (LALTS). LALTS is a book of short stories about fathers. This book is published by Writers Write and it was released yesterday, 17th of October 2021. It is another Puan Sri Diah's (Malaysia's top novelist and editor) project to introduce young and new authors in the bookish industry. One of the authors in LALTS is me, Fadima Mooneira ^_^

LALTS is my fourth book and third collaboration project. Early this year, I collaborated with Puan Sri Diah (for the third time) and 34 other authors in writing LALTS. In LALTS, I wrote a story titled Basikal Kuning (Yellow Bicycle). Basikal Kuning is a heartwarming short story that you guys must not miss. It's a story about me, my father, and my second bike. As a writer, I used basikal kuning/yellow bicycle as a trope for fighting spirit and not giving up.

Basikal Kuning is a four pages short story

Besides me, LALTS also featured short stories from Puan Sri Diah, Tuan Nadir Al-Nuri (special guest writer), Azmin Budiati Arshad, Zaharatul Najwa Hamidi, Sadiah Mohd Aris, Nasiroh Omar, and many more. All stories in this book are lovely and heartwarming to read. This book is good for light reading.

LALTS is now available in the paperback version. The book is now selling at RM30.00 (per book/not include postage price).
