Welcome back to Fadima Mooneira. Today, I'm going to share a review of a beauty product I've been using since last November. The product is called Lush Dream Cream Body Lotion. This body lotion is a product from a British beauty brand called Lush. Now let's begin this review with an introduction to the brand...

Lush is a British cosmetic company. It was founded in 1995 by six co-founders~ Mark & Mo Constantine, Rowena Bird, Helen Ambrosen, Liz Bennet, and Paul Greeves. This company produces cosmetics and self-care products that are friendly to the human skin & hair, and also the environment. All products that are produced by Lush are 100% organic with no animal testing in them. 

Like all companies, Lush also has their own values. And their values are ethical business & buying, fighting against animal testing, and freedom of movement. All Lush products are handmade, made of fresh ingredients, and suitable for vegetarians, and most of them are naked (have no packaging).

Lush is a good brand to support. It's because this brand supports nature and the environment. Supporting Lush will also help us to contribute to nature and the environment. ABOUT LUSH DREAM CREAM BODY LOTION

The Dream Cream Body Lotion (DCBL) is one of Lush's bestselling products all around the world. This body lotion is suitable for all skin types. And it can also become the skin's best friend for those with dry, sensitive, and delicate skin. 

This body lotion was invented in 1996. It's one of Lush's oldest products. This product has developed a following cult since the day it was invented. The DCBL is described by the brand as an effective alternative to heavy creams for treating dryness and delivering care and hydration for the skin. This body lotion is lightweight and the texture is non-sticky and non-greasy. It also makes your skin all smooth and dreamy.

This product is made of natural calming ingredients to soothe your skin. Some of the ingredients in this product are oat milk, rose water, organic extra virgin olive oil, fair trade organic cocoa butter, glycerine, stearic acid, triethanolamine, tincture of benzoin, rose absolute, chamomile blue oil, tea tree oil, lavender oil, cetearyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate, citronellol, geraniol, limonene, linalool, perfume, methylparaben, and propylparaben.

HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT

The Lush DCBL is an easy product to use. All you need to do is apply the lotion generously to flaking or visible dry skin, or simply all over the body to keep your skin smooth and dreamy. The lightweight, non-sticky, and non-greasy texture makes this lotion easily absorbed into your skin. 

MY REVIEW OF THE PRODUCT

I've been using this body lotion since November 2022. So far this body lotion gives my skin magic and miracles. The Lush DCBL is an amazing fresh handmade beauty product to try and use. As a person with sensitive skin, I sometimes get eczemas every time my monthly period approaches. But with this body lotion, I can say goodbye to eczemas and skin rash anytime. My skin is all smooth and dreamy with Lush Dream Cream Body Lotion.

Besides the magic and the miracles that this body lotion gives me, I also love the texture of this product. I like body lotions that are lightweight, non-greasy, and non-sticky. This body lotion absorbs easily on my skin. Therefore, I believe that this body lotion is also a good product for those who are busy buzzing bees like me ^_^ It's because body lotions with this kind of texture are easy to apply. They do not take time to absorb on your skin. 

Other than the texture, I also like the smell and the packaging of this body lotion. This body lotion has a very soft, creamy, and dreamy smell. The smell of this product reminded me of vanilla ice cream ^_^  This product has a very cute, simple yet unique packaging. The packaging of this product is also easy to recycle. 

FYI, this brand also collects used packaging for recycling. Users are allowed to return their products' packaging to any Lush outlets nearby them. Besides returning the products' packaging, users can also use them to make mini flower pots, stationary holders, jewelry boxes, coin boxes, and many more (it depends on your creativity).

Overall, I rate the Lush Dream Cream Body Lotion 10/10. Insya-Allah, I will continue using this product in the future. I also highly recommend my friends to try this product and other products that Lush is offering. Trust me, you won't regret investing in them. All their products are skin and environmentally friendly. Plus, they help you to contribute to nature and the environment.
