Eiyo Fadneiras,
The moment you guys have been waiting for has finally arrived ^_^ I'm here to share some photos from my vacation in Kent. Yay!!! Now let's not waste time and begin this post with a brief summary of Kent...
ABOUT KENT
Kent is a country in South East England, and it is the fifth most populous county in England. The county is roughly triangular in shape, and it covers the South East of England with its spectacular coastline. Kent is best known as the Garden of England for its beauty. Kent is believed to be the oldest county in England. The county is famous for its spectacular coastline, historical spots & buildings, and oast houses. If you guys want to know more about Kent, you can view this website >> TRAVEL ABOUT BRITAIN.
Now let me share my pictures with you guys...

The first picture features my mascot, Abobo in front of Broome Park. Broome Park is the resort where we stayed in Kent. It is a charming place and it gives you the historical romance vibe. If you're a fan of Victorian-era historical romance stories, Broome Park will be a good place for you to stay in Kent. For me, this resort has Eversby Priory vibes. Eversby Priory is a fictional estate created by Lisa Kleypas for her Ravenel series novels.

Voila! Here's a picture of me in front of our resort in Broome Park. Broome Park is definitely a lovely place to stay in Kent. It's peaceful and calming. It's definitely a good place to retreat and enjoy a relaxing vacation. The resort is so green and serene, and the house is cozy and nicely decorated.

This picture was taken in front of the Canterbury Cathedral's main entrance. The Canterbury Cathedral is situated at the Canterbury town center. Canterbury is one of the most famous towns in Kent. It is also known as the veritable birthplace of Christianity in England. Canterbury is a very magnificent town. The town is full of historical heritage and buildings. Canterbury is definitely a must-visit place for those who travel to Kent.

Picture no.4 features the scenery of the Canterbury city center. This spot is quite famous in Canterbury. Everyone who visits Canterbury must a take picture at this spot. The pink-colored store is also quite iconic in Canterbury. The store's name is American Candy Shop. You guys can buy some American traditional candies at the pink store.

Picture no.5 is an image of me at the Battle Of Britain Memorial. The Battle Of Britain Memorial is a memorial park to pay tribute to the British airforce armies who fight during the Battle Of Britain. The memorial park is situated near Folkestone. This memorial park is initiated with the Battle Of Britain Memorial Trust. This place was opened by the Queen Mother on the 9th of July 1993.

Picture no.6 shows a sculpture of the Folkestone Mermaid. The sculpture is one of the most photographed spots at Folkestone beach. It was produced by Cornelia Parker in 2011. This sculpture is inspired by Hans Christian Anderson's The Little Mermaid sculpture in Copenhagen, Denmark.

This picture features the scenery of Whitstable town. Whitstable is a small town situated on the north coast of Kent adjoining the convergence of the Swale Estuary and the Greater Thames Estuary in South East England. Whitstable is not very far from Herne Bay. For those who love seafood, Whitstable is a town you must visit. It's because Whitstable is famous for seafood, especially oysters ^_^

Picture no.8 is an image of me with the Amy Johnson Bronze sculpture at Herne Bay. Amy Johnson was a British lady pilot. She was the first woman who flew solo. Along with her husband, Jim Mollison, Johnson set many long-distance flying records in the 1930s. She even flew in the Second World War as part of the Air Transport Auxiliary. Johnson disappeared during a fiery flight on the 5th of January 1941. The cause of her death is still under discussion.

It was snowing in Kent on our fifth day there. Syukur alhamdulillah, the snow was beautiful. Malaysia is a country with only one season. We only have summer in Malaysia. So being able to play in the snow was a wonderful experience for us. The last time we experienced snow was at Lake District in 2019.
However, the cherry on top of the snow was my Dad's happiness. It's good to see my Dad acting like a kid again. He even made a snowman for us. Look how adorable the snowman was ^_^

Voila!!! Here's the White Cliffs Of Dover, guys. This is the no.1 place to visit if you travel to Kent. In fact, it's a must! After all, the White Cliffs of Dover is one of the iconic tourist spots in England. The cliffs are white and beautiful to look at. It is also a good place to hike and look at nature.

Taa-daa!!! Here we are on the White Cliffs of Dover. My family and I went hiking on the White Cliffs. It was our first experience hiking in the cold weather. I never knew that hiking in the cold can be challenging. I always thought that hiking in hot humid weather is more challenging. Plus, it was also raining when we were on our way home from the lighthouse. However, I'm grateful that we made it. It was an awesome experience overall ^_^

Voila!!! We made it to the end of the White Cliffs. Yay!!! Here's a picture of me in front of the lighthouse. Wow... hiking here was really an experience for me. It was also a good exercise ^_^
