10 ASIAN HUNKS WITH THE SUAVE-BOY-NEXT-DOOR LOOK

He was once a shy little boy from Bongcheon-dong (a neighborhood in Seoul, South Korea). But he is now all grown up into a handsome hunk. Plus, he is now one of the hottest actors in Hallyu entertainment. His name is Kim Seon Ho. And he was the male lead in Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha (a 2021 hit K-drama).

Kim Seon Ho is now making his comeback with The Childe (a 2023 K-Movie) after taking a long break. So as a tribute to his comeback, I'm going to share the five reasons to admire this talented Hallyu actor. But before that, let me share a summary of Kim Seon Ho with you guys.

Kim Seon Ho was born in Seoul on the 8th of May 1986. He is the only child of a working-class family. This Hallyu heartthrob describes himself as introverted and insecure during his childhood and teenage years due to a traumatic incident. Seon Ho and his family were once robbed in their home. During the home robbery, Seon Ho's mother was stabbed with a knife. Seon Ho was also almost attacked by the robbers. But he managed to escape and hide under his bed.

Seon Ho slowly overcame his trauma through acting. He enrolled in an acting academy during his third year in high school. After completing high school, Seon Ho furthered his studies at the Seoul Institute of Arts. And he graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Department of Broadcasting & Entertainment.

This angelic-face hunk began his acting career as a theater actor in 2009 (2 years after he completed his mandatory military service). Seon Ho was successful as a theater actor and acted in many plays. Due to his success in theater, Seon Ho was offered a role in television series. Seon Ho made his television debut in 2017. He played Sun Sang Tae in KBS' office series, Good Manager.

In 2020, Kim Seon Ho became famous worldwide after he acted in Start-Up alongside Bae Suzy, Nam Joo Hyuk, and Kang Hana. In Start-Up, Seon Ho played Han Ji Pyeong. Han Ji Pyeong is the second male lead in Start-Up. Seon Ho's superb acting in the drama gained him worldwide recognition. Playing Han Ji Pyeong in the drama also made Seon Ho a huge superstar in Hallyu entertainment. After Start-Up, Seon Ho scored a lot of endorsements from designers & high-end fashion brands to beauty products to F&B & many more. He became one of the Commercial Film Kings in Hallyu. 

Kim Seon Ho's success with Start-Up also landed him a lead role in Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha. Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha is a romantic comedy K-drama. The drama is still one of the hottest and most-watch TV series on Netflix. In Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, Seon Ho played Hong Du Sik. Hong Du Sik is the male lead in the drama. He is a kind-hearted handyman who likes to help people who are in need. In Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, Seon Ho acted alongside Shin Min Ha and Lee Sang Yi.

Ok, so this is my summary of Kim Seon Ho. Now let me share the five reasons to admire him...

Kim Seon Ho is not just a handsome-face actor. He's also talented, skillful, and charismatic. Seon Ho played all his characters so well. He makes his characters so alive and even makes the audiences fall in love with them. Seon Ho is also a versatile actor. He can channel different kinds of roles. As a fan, I would to see Seon Ho as a villain one day. I'm sure it will be a success.

#2 HE'S GENEROUS & KIND

Besides his superb acting skill, charisma, and good looks, Kim Seon Ho is also known for his generosity and kindness.  He is like his character, Hong Du Sik in Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha. He likes doing charities and helping those who are in need. The world would definitely be a better place if there are more people like Kim Seon Ho. That is for sure.

#3 HE'S A HUMBLE PERSON

Even though he has all the X-Factor in him, Kim Seon Ho is still known as the sweet humble boy next door. Seon Ho's humble personality makes him lovable to people in the entertainment industry. His humble personality also makes fans adore him a lot.

His smile could not be more adorable without those lovely dimples. Btw, I have a thing for guys with dimples. Hehehe... just sharing one fact ^_^

Ok, so these are the five reasons to admire South Korean hunky and talented actor, Kim Seon Ho. As a fan of Kim Seon Ho, I am totally excited and looking forward to his comeback. I hope Kim Seon Ho's comeback will be a huge success. I also wish Kim Seon Ho the best for his future.
