Ok, so this is all about the Fail Merah Red Hot Sales. Now let's carry on with today's objective. In today's post, I'm going to geek about my favorite webtoon series, A Business Proposal for the third time.  In the first geeking post, I shared with you guys the nine reasons why I love this webtoon so much. And in the second geeking post, I shared my top 10 favorite Taemu & Hari kissing scenes. So today, I'm going to share the FIVE THINGS THAT I LIKE ABOUT SHIN HARI'S CHARACTER.

Shin Hari is the female lead in A Business Proposal webtoon. She's my current webtoon girl crush. Btw, I believe she's going to be my all-time favorite ;) Before I share the five things that I like about Shin Hari, let me share a summary of A Business Proposal webtoon and five fun facts about the character...

THE BLURB:

 

Set in the glamorous city of Seoul, South Korea during the pre-corona era, Kang Taemu is the man who has it all. He is blessed with good looks and strong physics. He is also charismatic, charming, intelligent, and super-rich. Taemu has a good career. He is the CEO of his grandfather’s company, Sungwoon. There's only one thing missing in Kang Taemu’s life. A wife!

 

But since Kang Taemu is a man who is good at everything, finding a bride won’t be hard for him. At least, that’s what his grandfather, Chairman Kang believe. To make his workaholic grandson get married and sire an heir as soon as he can, Chairman Kang keeps arranging blind dates for Taemu. Taemu gets annoyed with his grandfather. So he decides to marry the next woman he will meet on the next blind date.

The woman that Taemu is about meet is Jin Yeong Suh, a daughter of a conglomerate. Jin Yeong Suh is not interested in meeting Kang Taemu or going on any blind dates. So she assigns her best friend, Shin Hari (the female lead of this story) to attend the blind date for her. Yeong Suh even offers Hari a big amount of money and tells her to turn the blind date into a hot mess. Hari who is desperate for money agrees to Yeong Suh's offer.

 

After the blind date, things did not go as Hari expected. Instead of easy money, Hari ends up getting headaches. Taemu wants to marry her without even knowing that she is not Jin Yeong Suh. And worse… he is the CEO of the company where Hari is working at. Oh, dear! Hari might lose her job too. There is no way for the wallflower beauty to run and escape. Yikes! Will Shin Hari ends up with a Cinderella fairytale? Or is this going to be a disaster for Hari?

FIVE FUN FACTS ABOUT SHIN HARI

#1 She's the eldest child in the Shin family and has a younger brother names Hamin.

#2 She's the breadwinner in her family. She has a university Degree qualification and works at an elite financial company called Sungwon.

#3 Even though Hari is an office worker, she is never too busy to help her family with their chicken shop business. In fact, she helps them a lot, especially when it comes to finances.

#4 Hari loves her little brother, Hamin a lot. 

#5 Hari is a pretty girl with a petite figure. She also has black hair, fair skin, and hazel eyes.

THE FIVE THINGS I LIKE ABOUT SHIN HARI

#1 SHE'S AN ADORABLE CHARACTER

Hari is a very pretty and adorable character. She's a beauty and a cutie rolled into one. This character also reminded me of four book beauties that I admire ~ Tristin Hazel (Dr. Alpha Male by Anjell), Dara Nailufar (Dia Tetap Sempurna by Anjell), Poppy Hathaway (Tempt Me At Twilight by Lisa Kleypas), and Elizabeth Bennet (Pride And Prejudice by Jane Austen).

#2 SHE'S A GO-GETTER

Hari is not a perfect girl. She has her strengths. She also has her flaws. And she is prone to making mistakes. But Hari's flaws never stop her from achieving what she wants. Hari is a go-getter. She has zest and enthusiasm. Hari's zest and enthusiasm make her a good role model to young girls and women, including myself. Yes, I see this character as a role model. And this is one of the reasons why Hari is my favorite female lead in a webtoon series ^_^

#3 SHE'S A FASHIONISTA

Hari is also a fashionista. Her outfits in the webtoon series are very trendy and chic. Even readers are asking the creators about Hari's outfits. Readers wonder if the outfits that Hari wears are also available in reality. Hehehe ^_^

#4 SHE HAS THREE INTERESTING ROLES IN THE STORY

As a person who likes to do character analysis, I believe Shin Hari is a well-crafted character. Hari is an interesting female lead. She has three roles in the story. She’s the female protagonist. She’s also the love interest of the male protagonist, Kang Taemu. And she is also the antagonist to the male protagonist. Do you guys want to know why Hari is also the antagonist? It's because Kang Taemu's main goal in the story is to marry Hari and make her his wife. But Hari is so prejudiced of Taemu. When they first met, Hari believes Taemu is the most arrogant man she has ever known. She also believes that Taemu only wants to marry her just to fulfill his grandfather's wishes. She almost doubts his love for her.

#5 SHE WINS KANG TAEMU & ACHIEVES HER GOALS

Just like in all Cinderella fairytales, the girl always wins her Prince Charming at the end of the story.  But Hari scores more. She gets Kang Taemu and achieves her other goals as well. She moves further in her career and can help her family with their chicken shop business. Hari's happy ending makes the webtoon very enjoyable to read. Hari did not achieve all these by just snapping her fingers. She goes through a lot of challenges. Wow!!! She's a courageous female lead indeed.

Ok, so these are the five things that make me admire Shin Hari's character. She's awesome and unforgettable. She's definitely a good role model to young girls and women.
