As promised in the previous post, here is my list of 10 Hottest Asian Actresses of 2024. Yay!!! We shall begin the list with no.10 to 1...
#10 DAIYAN TRISHA
This Malaysian beauty is more than just a pretty face. Daiyan Trisha is an actress, singer, songwriter, model, artist, and TV host. This multi-talented beauty is famous for her roles as Ira (My Coffee Prince), Adelia Naurah (Sejuta Rasa Buat Adelia), Aaidaa (Projek: Anchor SPM), Mia (Projek: High Council), and Dr. Izara (W: Two Worlds).
#9 HAN SO HEE
This South Korean hot actress achieved international stardom from The World of The Married Couple in 2020. In The World of The Married Couple, Han So Hee played Yeo Da Kyung, the mistress to the male lead. This year, Han So Hee made her comeback as Yoon Chae Ok in Gyeongseong Creature 2. Her chemistry with Park Seo Joon in the drama is alluring and undeniable.
#8 ERYSHA EMYRA
This petite Malaysian beauty is the daughter of Noniswara (a veteran Malaysian actress). Besides being an actress, Erysha Emyra is a model and an influencer. She is famous for her roles as Wardah (Perempuan Itu), Chinta (Chinta Wrong Direction), Aminah (Aku Bukan Ustazah), and Anne Dahlia (Cinta Untuk Sekali Lagi). Her chemistry with Meerqeen in Cinta Untuk Sekali Lagi is undeniable. I hope to see her shine more in 2025. Erysha Emyra has all the qualities to go far in her acting career.
#7 ARABELLA ELLEN
Arabella Ellen is very new in the Malaysian entertainment industry. She's a Malaysian model and actress of Malay and English descent. This Eurasian beauty begins her celebrity career after winning the runner-up spot in the Dewi Remaja contest back in 2023. Her first drama is titled Dari Mata Turun Ke Hati (2024). In Dari Mata Turun Ke Hati, Arabella played a blind girl named Iris Sofea. She acted alongside Malaysian hot actor, Mierul Aiman in the drama.
#6 IU
For those who are K-drama addicts and K-poppers, I'm sure you know IU. Yep, she's the darling of K-drama and the queen of K-pop. Hehehe ^_^ This year, IU has no drama or movie released. She was busy with her world tour concert. IU will be making her comeback in 2025. She has 2 dramas coming next year. One with Park Bo Gum. And one with Byeon Woo Seok. Oh wow!!! I can't hardly wait for IU's comeback and her two upcoming dramas ^_^
#5 KIM YOO JUNG
2024 is another good year for South Korea's most beautiful young actress, Kim Yoo Jung. Her latest drama, Chicken Nugget was quite a hit viewing on Netflix this year. She already has a new drama coming this 2025. It is titled Dear X. And in Dear X, Yoo Jung will be playing the female lead role, Baek A Jin. Oh, I can't wait for her comeback.
#4 KIM HYE YOON
Playing Im Sol in Lovely Runner (a 2024 hit K-drama) puts Kim Hye Yoon's name on the map of the world. Her acting in the drama was awesome. And her chemistry with Byeon Woo Seok is amazing and undeniable. This lovely young actress already has a drama coming this 2025. The drama is titled I'm Human From Today. I hope Kim Hye Yoon will continue to shine in 2025.
#3 BAE SUZY
Like IU, Bae Suzy is another popular name in Hallyu entertainment. Bae Suzy made a stunning comeback this year by channeling Koo Jeong In in Wonderland (a 2024 South Korean Sci-Fi romance movie). Her chemistry with Park Bo Gum in Wonderland is alluring, mesmerizing, and undeniable. Well, Suzy is quite a chemistry queen. She can work with almost everyone.
#2 KIM SEJEONG
Kim Sejeong is very well known for her role as Shin Hari in Business Proposal (a 2022 hit K-drama). Her acting in the drama was adorable. And her chemistry with Ahn Hyo Seop in the drama was undeniable as well. This South Korean cutie is also a former member of an all-girl K-pop group called Gugudan. This year Kim Sejeong made an excellent comeback in Brewing Love. She also has a new drama coming in 2025. The drama is titled The Moon Flows Over The River. I have become a fan of Kim Sejeong since I watched her in Business Proposal. I hope Kim Sejeong will continue her sparkle in 2025 and the future. Yay!!!
#1 PUTERI MARINO
This Indonesian actress and model won many hearts in her latest movie, The Architecture Of Love. The movie received high viewing on Netflix this year. It puts Puteri Marino's name on the map of the world. Her acting in The Architecture Of Love was awesome. And her chemistry with Nicholas Saputra was alluring. I can't blame international fans who go gugu-gaga on Puteri Marino. She's a classic beauty and has the same elegance as Audrey Hepburn. She's a divine beauty.

This was a fun list to read through! Besides IU, I'm not familiar with any of these actresses, so it was great to learn about them. I'll have to look into some of the series and movies you mentioned like The Architecture of Love!

I just finished watching Brewing Love's last episode today. I love her chemistry and the green flag relationship she has with the lead guy :)
